Sit Ski

This sit-ski was needed to be designed from start to
finish due to the many
different needs of each individual disabled person that would be
using them.
Originally, we were all using one particular ski but found this
was not suitable for everyone. Our volunteer, Randy, has made this
ski to have many adjustable parts which can be made to
"fit" all different levels of ability. Other
ski's have been very difficult to learn on for those just starting
out due to improper balance/pivot points on the ski and he has been able
to solve this problem for us. As each person becomes more experienced
with this sport and if they choose to take it seriously, a sit-ski would be
made for them specifically in order meet their needs.
