Our Projects

Tetra does not compete with commercially available products. In fact we are careful not to, because we want to encourage manufacturers and distributors who provide products and services to people with disabilities. There are numerous private agencies and service clubs willing to help individuals purchase these commercially available products.

Neither will Tetra service projects when there is funding available to hire rehabilitation engineers, occupational therapists or other health professionals. Tetra wants to support these valuable professionals and hopes that they will use Tetra as a resource.

Tetra's focus is on quality of life-anything which enhances someone's ability to participate in all aspects of life, including work, family, community affairs, and recreation. The needs in this area are as numerous, as unique, and as varied as the people themselves. It is Tetra's aim to address those needs.
