Volunteer: Get Involved Now

Tetra Society of North America is a unique non-profit organization that recruits engineers, technicians and other professionals to volunteer their skills to design and build customized assistive devices for persons with disabilities. Our goal is to link skilled volunteers to people with disabilities to develop customized assistive devices that reduce physical barriers in all aspects of basic living.

If you are interested in assisting people with disabilities, you can either:

  Volunteer your services
Engineering, technology, architecture, etc. background
— Requires approximately 12+ hours/month,
     including attendance at a monthly volunteer meeting
  Become a chapter coordinator
— Volunteer work based upon qualification and skills
— About 10 - 12 hours/months (flexible)
  Start a chapter in your community

— Requires submitting our form with resume and 2+ references
