Tetra Test

The Tetra Test helps identify what kinds of custom assistive devices would make a difference in the life of a person with a disability. This is part two.

What do you need?

Go to the next section if you know the device you require - otherwise, consider if you would like to:

• Be able to communicate more easily with others
• Be able to eat and/or drink without as much need for assistance
• Be able to take notes, handle my books and papers, etc. at school
• Be more independent around the house
• Move around more easily
• Handle more of my own personal care and grooming
• Adapt my wheelchair to enable a particular activity
• Take part in new leisure activities, or be more independent in ones that I already participate in
